SHIPPING

I will do my best to ship out products as soon as your order is received. The package will be shipped securely via USPS. I am an avid recycler and will do my best to reuse packaging so don’t be alarmed with your gear is in an Amazon bag because Jeff Bezos isn’t sending you anything.

Now, if you order a custom piece, shipping times may change but I will keep you up to date on the progress of your super fantabulous goodies.

Finally, shipping internationally can be tricky and now, we are only offering shipping to the USA or US territories.

RETURNS

If you must, then let’s talk about how this will go down. I am not going to make this complicated unless someone tries to get fancy with me and ruins it for everyone. We all know, there is always a Karen out there trying to make things complicated.

First, please don’t attempt to return something that you have worn because that is just not nice and won’t work.

Please forward your order via email at hello@halbertheritage.com so I have all the details. I will email you a return label, which will be deducted from your return. Once the item is received, I will review its condition and reach out if I have any questions.

If you ordered a custom piece, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.

EXCHANGES

Don’t worry. It happens. We do our best to provide all the measurements and details, but sometimes, things just don’t fit.

If you receive your item and it just doesn’t fit you right, I recommend you email me at hello@halbertheritage.com so we can figure out what size will work best for you.

Once we determine what size will work best, I will email a return label so you can send it back to the studio. Upon delivery, I will confirm via email, inspect the condition, and reach out to you if there is an issue. If all is good, I will ship you the replacement and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking.
